- Academic Data: Course details, university/college name, project requirements, deliverables list, and academic files.
- Payment Data: Billing details, payment status, transaction records (handled securely via third-party UPI or banking gateways).
- Consent Records: Timestamps of when you agreed to our Terms and Privacy Notice during account activation.

We process your data strictly for specified, lawful purposes based on your explicit consent:
- Setting up and managing your client dashboard.
- Fulfilling, developing, and delivering your custom project specifications.
- Providing milestones tracking, support chat, and project updates.
- Processing payments and invoice generation.

In compliance with the DPDP Act 2023:
- Consent: Consent is collected via an unchecked checkbox at account setup. It is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous.
- Right to Erasure (Soft-Delete): You have the right to request deletion of your account. We provide a 7-day soft-delete grace period, during which you can restore your data. If not restored, it is permanently erased from our Supabase databases.
- Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent at any time via your dashboard settings.

Your data is stored in secure database clusters powered by Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. We employ strict access controls, encryption at rest, and secure HTTPS channels to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
