Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Unistudy client portal or engaging our project development services. By accepting these terms during account setup, you enter into a legally binding contract with Unistudy Technologies.

engineering 1. Scope of Development Services

Unistudy functions as a professional engineering agency. We develop custom software products, IoT hardware systems, and web projects according to client-defined specifications. We guarantee that all code, documentation, and diagrams delivered are built bespoke for your project group.

school 2. Academic Integrity & Product Use

All systems, applications, reports, and presentation slides provided by Unistudy are delivered as educational research models.

• The final project belongs to the student group, and ownership of the Intellectual Property (IP) is transferred to you upon full payment of the final milestone.
• Students are expected to study, run, and understand the code. We provide full Viva Voce defense preparation and a working video demo to facilitate this learning process.
• The final submission of files to your academic institution is the sole responsibility of the students. Unistudy is not responsible for university evaluation, grade outcomes, or institutional compliance audits.

payments 3. Billing & Milestone Payments

Projects are billed using structured milestones (e.g., Synopsis Approval, Mid-Term Code Demo, and Final Handover).

• Milestone invoices must be cleared through our portal's billing panel to release corresponding project deliverables.
• Once a milestone delivery is verified and approved, related payments are non-refundable since they cover custom labor, coding, and material overheads.

verified_user 4. 100% Scam-Free Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of working systems. Our developers provide a recorded screen walkthrough demonstrating all project requirements in action prior to final billing. We also guarantee that all reports will pass standard plagiarism tests (such as Turnitin) within agreed thresholds.

info 5. Termination & Soft-Delete Request

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data.

• When you trigger a data deletion request in Settings, your project access is paused, and the account enters a 7-day "soft delete" grace period.
• You can cancel the deletion within 7 days by signing in and restoring your account.
• After 7 days, your account details and stored files will be permanently deleted from our active database. If you wish to restore after 7 days, you must re-register and resubmit your project specs.
